When it comes to color, I love creating dimensional brunettes, custom coppers, lived-in color, and creative custom color transformations tailored to each guest. Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules whenever possible. Chemical Services All chemical services require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or for no-show appointments. Clients with an unpaid no-show fee or forfeited deposit balance will be unable to book future appointments until the balance has been paid. Haircut Appointments Haircut appointments currently do not require a deposit. However, after 3 consecutive cancellations and/or no-shows, a deposit will be required for all future bookings. This deposit will also go toward the total cost of the service. Grace & Communication The Shampoo and blow dry/ product is complimentary with the haircut service. There is a 10 minute grace period before the shampoo and blow dry/product is forfeited. After 15 minutes you may be required to reschedule your haircut appointment. There is a 25 minute grace period for your chemical service. After, the complimentary blow/dry and style will be forfeited. If you arrive 30 minutes late you may be required to reschedule your service I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours and have made an effort to contact me, the cancellation fee may be excused at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time, schedule, and small business.
